Tower 2, Aura, is where the 2 BHK homes sit. The plate carries six homes to a floor: units 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are 2 BHK, and unit 3 is a 1 BHK. Four lifts serve each Aura floor, three in the central core and one at the second lobby, with a 2,000 mm wide central passage and two staircases at either end.

Inside the plan

The plan is drawn as a proper two-bedroom home rather than a stretched compact:

Price and carpet area

The 2 BHK starts at Rs 55.99 lakh. Exclusive of GST, stamp duty, registration and other statutory charges.

The carpet area is on request. The Aura sheets are dimensioned room by room but carry no area statement, unlike the Verde sheets, so there is no RERA carpet figure to publish for the 2 BHK yet. Ask for the area statement together with the cost sheet, and check that the area on the sheet matches the area in the draft agreement.
