Lift counts are per tower, taken from each tower's own typical floor plate.
The developer plans four towers, mixed use and gated, with more than fifty amenities across the residential and commercial parts. Two are named in the plan set issued so far: Tower 2 is Aura and Tower 3 is Verde.
A G+19 tower is twenty floors, which is what PR1330002502340 registers, along with 149 apartments. So that registration accounts for one tower of the four. The registrations for the remaining towers, and the mapping of each number to each tower, are not yet on record here.
What this means when you book
Before you pay anything, ask for the registration number that covers the specific tower your flat is in, then read the sanctioned floor count and the completion date off that certificate rather than off any brochure. A tower that is not yet registered cannot be sold.
