Where this actually is

The site sits on the Dombivli East side of the Kalyan-Shilphata Road, between Sonarpada and the Badlapur-Katai Road. Sonarpada Metro Station is the nearest node on the map, with Manpada and Hedutane stations on the same line to the west and south.

The revenue village is Umborli and the pincode is 421204. If you are checking documents, expect the village name and the taluka to appear on the registration paperwork rather than the postal locality.

Infrastructure in progress

• Metro Line 12, with a station at Sonarpada near the site, plus Manpada and Hedutane on the same corridor
• Katai Naka tunnel, which shortens the run west toward Airoli and Navi Mumbai
• Virar to Alibaug multi-modal corridor, which crosses to the west of the site
• A planned bullet train station on the Mumbai to Ahmedabad corridor, near Diva

The two suburban railheads are Dombivli station and Kalyan Junction. Thakurli and Kopar Road are the nearer halts on the same line.
