Lodha World School is the nearest at two minutes. Shreeram Universal, Eva World and Guardian School are each at five, Omkar Cambridge International at seven, and Shivaji Rao Jondhale College at fifteen. Ryan International and Euro School sit on the map to the west, toward Katai Naka.

Jupiter Hospital is at two minutes, which is the single most useful number on this list. Sai Hospital and ICU and Icon Hospital are at ten. AIMS Hospital, SRV Hospital and Jivdani Hospital also sit in Dombivli East, on the developer's map.
Everyday shopping
Dmart and Croma at five minutes, and Dombivli East Market also at five, which covers the weekly run. Xperia Mall with its PVR is at ten, Metro Junction Mall at fifteen.
Eating out
Pop Tate's and Barbeque Nation at ten minutes, Malvan Tadka at fifteen, Miraj Cinema at fifteen. Cafe Creme and The Bake Room sit further east toward Kalyan Junction.
Fitness
Sparta Life Fitness and Olympic Sports Centre at five minutes, Fit Game at eight. Gold's Gym is on the Dombivli station side.
Getting out of the belt
Sonarpada Metro Station on Line 12 is the nearest metro node, with Manpada and Hedutane on the same corridor. For the suburban railway, Dombivli station and Kalyan Junction are the two railheads, with Thakurli and Kopar Road nearer on the same line. The Kalyan-Shilphata Road runs past the site, and the Badlapur-Katai Road is the southern edge.

All the figures above are the developer's own published drive times. They are useful as relative distances and they are not a substitute for driving the route at the hour you would actually travel. A two-minute hospital is two minutes at noon and something else at 9am on the Kalyan-Shilphata Road.
